AIADMK, allies identify seats in Pondicherry

General secretary of the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) and Chief Minister Jayalalithaa on Saturday released the list of constituencies earmarked for the constituents of the Democratic People's Front (DPF) in Pondicherry.

As per Ms. Jayalalithaa's announcement, the AIADMK will field its candidates in 16 of the 30 constituencies, leaving 10 seats for the Puducherry Munnetra Congress (PMC) and two each for the Marumalarchi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (MDMK) and the Dalit Panthers of India.(more...)
