Promises galore in Jaya wish-list

While keeping the focus on industrialisation, education and IT, the AIADMK manifesto which was released today by the AIADMK chief Miss Jayalalitha, took a dig at Congress chief Mrs Sonia Gandhi and the Central ministers from Tamil Nadu, as also the DMK chief Mr M Karunanidhi.
The party said the ministers from Tamil Nadu had “betrayed” the state’s interests in a number of issues such as release of insufficient tsunami funds, denial of no-objection certificates for the desalination plant in Chennai and so on (more...)
