Twenty one cases filed against AIADMK, DMK, DMDK

At least 21 cases have been registered against AIADMK, DMK and DMDK functionaries in various police stations in the district since Saturday for violation of the election Code of Conduct.

Though the Election Commission has strictly warned of legal action against parties and individuals indulging in drawing graffiti on walls, the parties do not seem to care about the Code of Conduct and have pasted posters and drawn graffiti on walls to make their symbols more visible to the public.(more...)
